The research laboratory was established in July 2010 as part of the implementation of the research program of Abu Bekr Belkaid University. In this capacity, he is responsible for the execution of four research themes (Article 10 of Law 98-11 of 22 August 1998). It should be emphasized that the creation of the research laboratory is subject to a number of rules, which are set by Decree 99-244 of 31 October 1999 concerning the creation, organization and operation of the research laboratory.
